Harry is the CEO, Managing Partner, and a part of the original founding team of Global Performance Group. With over 20 years of experience in the sales, negotiation, and organizational development industry, Harry has helped Fortune 500 organizations implement behaviour change approaches to embed a culture of courage, innovation and collaboration within sales, leadership and procurement teams.
Prior to Global Performance Group, Harry has worked at BayGroup International as the Managing Director for EMEA, overseeing all aspects of the firm outside of the US.
Harry enjoys keeping fit by running, biking and swimming, competing in triathlons and spending time with his family in Salzburg, Austria.

Ron D'Andrea
COO, Managing Partner

Ron D’Andrea is the COO, Managing Partner, and a part of the original founding team at Global Performance Group. Having worked in the performance improvement field for over 30 years, he has a deep understanding of program design – its development, implementation, marketing, and related management consulting, especially with respect to sales, negotiation, communication skills, cross-functional teamwork, and conflict resolution. Ron’s understanding of communication has allowed him to aid a global energy service provider to achieve a 151:1 ROI on deals closed just after 2 months.
Ron’s experience as the Executive Vice President at The Executive Technique and President of BayGroup International has enabled him to implement and execute the GPG behavior change process within global clients effectively and with high ROI.
When he isn’t working, Ron enjoys exercising, travelling, spending time with his family in Darien, Connecticut, USA.

His free time is spent generating innovative ideas on how to approach collective growth, while serving as a liaison for right brain activities. He enjoys growing food and camping with his girlfriend and younger brothers.

Stacy Kopald

Stacy Kopald is the Director of Operations at Global Performance Group and is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. While working directly with clients, Stacy communicates internally to all departments to ensure a seamless process from contracting through invoice completion. Stacy continually works to refine both internal and external processes to maximize resources while minimizing time spent and redundancies.
Prior to starting becoming Director of Operations, Stacy worked as a Project Manager for over 10 years helping to secure hundreds of contracts and coordinate thousands of workshops globally.
Stacy holds a Bachelors of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son and traveling.

David Van Duyvenvoorde

David VanDuyvenvoorde (aka DvD) is an facilitator who specializes in sales skills training, negotiating, building remote teams and deal execution.
Prior to working as a facilitator, David was a Training Leader for a large global IT organisation and a member of their EMEA sales management team for 7 years. As part of this role, David was heavily involved in supporting the EMEA Inside Sales organisation. David has also led large-scale EMEA-wide pre-sales teams.
David earned a B.Sc. from the University of Guelph, Project Management certification from DEC and several speaking awards in both North American and Europe.
He lives in Wicklow Town, Ireland, and enjoys scuba diving, motorcycling and reading Science Fiction & Fantasy.

William Redick

Will is the Director of Marketing and Client Development for Global Performance Group. With 5 years of experience in marketing and business development roles, including Marketing Manager and Strategist roles at a mid-sized marketing agency, Will has helped dozens of organizations to amplify brand awareness and markedly grow their business.
Prior to Global Performance Group, Will worked in the Defense Industry for 10 years as a foreign language analyst, helping to fulfill national security directives in the US.
Will enjoys competitive table tennis, watching NBA basketball, and spending time with his family in Augusta,GA.

Phillip Chew

Phil is a partner and facilitator based in the UK. As a former client of GPG, Phil has delivered and coached the GPG programs and concepts for several years. His focus on retention in businesses with rolling and renewable contracts was instrumental in the development of the Retain, Renew & Grow program to improve retention rates and growth in existing accounts.
Phil was formerly Learning Director at Refinitiv, formerly Thomson Reuters, responsible for the creation and delivery of global sales training programs, including sales management training, as well as various sales enablement initiatives. Prior to joining learning and development in 2003, Phil was in sales and sales management for 20 years

Dario Reques
Head of Spain Operations

Darío is the Distributor for Spain, Portugal and Latam. He has more than 15 years of experience in the Sales Training Industry. He has worked with CSuite Executives, Managers, and all kinds of teams internationally – changing and improving leadership, communication, innovation and sales. His approach is; “Thinking into Results”.
When he is not working, Darío is with his wife and 3 children in Segovia (the sunny Spain) and playing his fantastic Gibson Les Paul with his rock band.

Ruben Fernandez

Rubén is responsible for expansion in Latin America.
He has been opening a market in the region for advertising agencies for more than twenty years. Last July 2020 he left the agencies to join the GPG team, working under the guidelines of Darío Reques.
His experience in the Latin American market extends to several countries in the region, having worked for the main companies as advertising provider from positions of general management, strategic direction and product and business development.
He dedicates his free time to meditation, study, walks in the mountains and with the family, with whom he has already changed countries several times.

Nunzio molonia

Nunzio is passionate about education and global linguistics. He speaks six different languages including Dutch, English, French, Italian, Portugese, and Spanish. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, martial arts and powerboat racing.

In the first 20 years of a corporate career in the information technology industry as a sales professional, sales manager, sales director and general director of operations, he experienced several business challenges and led multidisciplinary teams. He needed to create business models and strategies in the face of market demands and technological trends, achieving relevant results and achievements.
Marcantonio has a degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in administration from IAG-PUCRio (Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro), researching the effect of narratives on business relationships and corporate sales.

Sapna Sulaya

Sapna is GPG’s Director of Middle East and India Operations and is based out of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With over 2 decades of extensive experience and a proven track record in the financial services industry, Sapna leads with a blend of practical and innovative strategies to create efficiency and effectiveness within teams through appropriate tools, training and coaching.
Her purpose is to help sales teams to become more successful by imbibing behaviors that help them be their best. Her unique combination of qualifications in regulated financial planning from CII(UK) and in learning and development from CIPD(UK) empowers her to model commercially driven business plans that underpin customers and employees at the center of everything.
Sapna is a Yoga practitioner and believes that a healthy mind, body and soul are at the core of blissful living.
