Global Performance Group (GPG), a top 20 sales training company, is very pleased to announce the appointment of two new leaders to accelerate its growth and expansion plans. Michael R. Muscatello joins as GPG’s Vice President of Client Solutions. Michael’s responsibilities will encompass sales team leadership, accelerating GPG’s revenue through expanding GPG’s presence in new geographies, development of new channels, and contributing to the company’s marketing and business strategies.
Michael brings a balanced approach to the art of managing and implementing effective client solution strategies. His primary focus is working with U.S. based organizations to uncover and address business challenges that require a change in human behavior. Prior to Global Performance Group, Michael led a high-performing sales team with StarGroup LP.
Sapna Sulaya has been appointed as Director of Middle East Operations for Global Performance Group. Based in Dubai, she will oversee GPG’s operations in the region and is responsible for developing business opportunities and building outcome based learning solutions that are scalable and impactful for new clients.
Sapna brings more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry to her new role. During this time, she held positions with companies such as HSBC and RAKBANK.
